WHAT TYPES OF FLOWERS DO YOU USE?

Great question! As you can tell by our designs, we love to use a large variety of blooms and textures and are inspired by seasonal availability! We also own and operate a specialty cut flower farm, so we prioritize locally grown blooms during the primary growing season.

ARE THERE ANY TYPES OF FLOWERS YOU DON'T USE?

Yep! You won't find baby's breath, alstroemeria and oriental/asiatic lilies in our designs.

CAN WE REQUEST SPECIFIC TYPES OF FLOWERS?

We encourage you to consider giving us the opportunity to create without specifications! We have found customers that do, are usually wowed by the variety we include and likely are introduced to something new they love and didn't know existed!

WILL IT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

We know that recreating exact pictures is what a lot of customers are used to, but we're excited about how well received our personalized approach is and how much customers seem to appreciate our artistic standard! We provide pictures online to display our style and brand and hope that assures you we are capable of creating for you. We ask that you allow the designer freedom to create something beautiful based on the freshest flowers available to us! We certainly are happy to create within a specified color palette or within the specifications of a specific placement location (such as a long table for baby shower, tall centerpiece for kitchen island, etc.) just drop us an email within 48 hours to check availability!

DO YOU ACCEPT TIMED DELIVERIES?

During standard business times we can accommodate timed requests when made in advance with a premium value. For busy floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we have such a high volume of flower orders, we aren't able to accept specific delivery time constraints. Our team is committed and diligent in trying to get orders out to your special recipient as early in the day as possible. All Business + Residential deliveries are made between 9am-5pm and School deliveries are made between 8am-3pm. If you need to ensure early delivery we recommend selecting a delivery date earlier in the week and include in your card message "Couldn't wait til Valentine's Day!" or "Wanted to be the first to say..." etc!

WILL YOU SEND US A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU DESIGNED?

We understand that technology can be a wonderful way to connect and we love that most of our recipients send pictures to the sender after they have received them to show them how much they love them! However sending pictures from our studio is not a service we provide. It is our highest priority to design and deliver each arrangement as fresh as possible and with efficiency! The sooner the flowers get in their hands the happier everyone will be - and stopping to display, snap, upload and send a photo for every delivery we send out will compromise the integrity of this process.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FLOWERS FROM?

We have wonderful suppliers that can source flowers from all over! We prefer to source American Grown whenever possible though, and are actively seeking out local growers in addition to cutting straight from our own specialty cut flower farm www.abundantflowerfarm.com.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We always offer delivery within Collin County, however for additional zones please inquire with us directly and allow 48 hours notice.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately we no longer are offering same day deliveries.  It has always been our goal to provide you with unique and custom designs that prioritize quality fresh ingredients. While we wanted so much to be able to offer this same day delivery service, we believe it compromises the integrity of what we do and so we are asking that you try to plan ahead at least 48 hours in advance.

WHERE WILL YOU LEAVE THE FLOWERS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

We make ONE attempt for deliveries, so it is important that you ensure ahead of time the recipient is not on vacation, called in sick from work, etc. If no one is available to receive the delivery when we arrive at a residence, our trained couriers aim to find the best safe, secure place to leave the flowers away from the elements like sun, rain, wind, etc. For apartments or business offices they are taken to the front office if available. If we end up needing to leave your arrangement, we leave a courtesy voice message for the recipient letting them know where to look for it (ex: on the front porch, at the front desk with receptionist, etc.). We do require a valid working phone number for the recipient and reserve the right to contact them under any circumstances to attempt delivery.
